    Good Faith Effort Waiver Request to Modify MWBE Goals

  • The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) requests at least 18% participation from Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and 7% participation from Women Business Enterprise (WBE) for any project in which the total construction and/or development costs meets or exceeds $250,000. If the goals are not met, the business/developer must submit a Good Faith Effort Waiver Request to modify the goals and provide supporting documentation to demonstrate that a reasonable effort of good faith was made to achieve the existing goals prior to the approval of an MWBE Plan with modified goals. The questions below are designed to aid URA staff in the review of good faith efforts put forth in the plan. This is not an exhaustive list and no singular action enumerated below should be construed as mandatory.

  • 1. Answer questions all twelve (12) questions on the next page.

    2. For questions where a YES response is recorded, please attach and describe supporting documentation. Such documentation may include:

    Ads Tracking Reports  

    This list of suitable documentation is not exhaustive and other types of documentation may be submitted for consideration.

    3. Complete and sign the Acknowledgment at the end of your form.
