During the December 12, 2024 Regular URA Board Meeting, URA staff presented proposed changes to the Homeowner Assistance Program guidelines to:

Change the financing structure from a $30,000, 0% interest, 20-year deferred loan secured by a mortgage combined with a $5,000 grant to a $35,000 grant with a 10-year deed restriction

Increase the time period in which an applicant can reapply for the program from 5 years to 10 years
